Unhappy with your Bluebird Pads?Because cloth pads and liners are a personal item, we are unable to accept regular returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your Bluebird Pads for any reason, please tell us! We want to make it right. Your success with our product is important for you, the planet and for us!

Bluebird Pads are shipped by Canada Post to anywhere in Canada.
Most purchases will have the choice of shipping by Canada Post Regular Parcel or Xpresspost. If you are buying four items or less, you will also have the option of selecting Lettermail. While it is slower than a Regular Parcel or Xpresspost, it is more economical for four or less items. Depending on the volume of items selected, Lettermail orders may need to be divided into two envelopes.
