Interlabial Pad

Interlabial Pad

So, what exactly are interlabial pads?

Interlabial Definition is “Between the lips or any two labia”
Labia Definition is ‘the inner and outer folds of the vulva at either side of the vigina”.
An interliabial pad is something that can slow down the flow of your period. Great if you have a gushy period or heavy incontinence it gives your pad time to absorb the remaining flow. The Interlabial pad along with the extra layer of absorbency divert the remaining flow to the front and back of the pad to help prevent side leaks!
You can fold in half or roll your interlabial pad then place in-between your inner lips of your valva called the interlabial (it is not meant to be inserted or used internally). After a large gush or when having to use the bathroom to remember to remove your interlabial first so it does not end up in the toilet, rinse (use no perfumed soaps) and store with our other used pads. While washing in washer/dryer use a dryer bag!
